The newest of our luxury villas is Villa Primavera, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area, large terrace and private heated pool is situated on one of the prime plots on the development. With remote controlled air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless Internet, Villa Primavera is the perfect choice for a luxurious holiday.

Here is a full list of our room specifications:

Bedrooms	Bedroom 1 with King size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bathrooms	En-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower, his and hers sinks, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2 with walk in shower, sink, WC and bidet. Separate WC and sink.
Kitchen	Oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. All crockery supplied along with glassware and plastic ware for indoor and outdoor dining.
Utility Room	Washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms	Extremely large room with remote controlled air conditioning. Two leather 3-seater sofas. Large flat screen TV, Satellite TV and BBC1, 2, ITV, Channel 4 and 5, DVD player. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Other	Relaxing private bar area off main living/dining area looking directly onto the pool and patio. Cot and high chair available on request. 2 sets of golf clubs for guests use.
Internet	Pay-as-you-go Wireless Internet connection.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service	The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and all linen and towels, including beach towels are provided. The villa is cleaned weekly for stays of 2 weeks or more. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
Recreation	Games area with pool table. Private heated swimming pool with outdoor shower. 10 minutes walk from the beach and shops. Situated directly beside the golf course.

An extensively extended terrace and sunbathing area around the private 9 x 4 metre pool make for wonderful outside living. The pool is heated and has a pool cover and outside shower. The garden also benefits from a games area with pool table. We have a fantastic ‘Gazebo’ with table and chairs and gas barbeque for alfresco dining. There is also a large roof terrace with panoramic views.
